Welcome to Supreme Tumble!
At Supreme Cheer and Tumble, we offer a variety of tumbling classes designed to separate athletes by both age and skill level. Our program welcomes athletes as young as two years old through eighteen years old, providing safe, structured, and fun classes for every level.
During each class, athletes work on drills, skills, and spotted tumbling, helping them build proper technique and confidence. We maintain a 1 coach to 8 athlete ratio to ensure every athlete receives personalized instruction and one-on-one attention from their coach.

Trial Tumbling Class
Interested in trying out Supreme before committing to a full session? Our Trial Tumbling Classes are a great way for athletes to experience our environment, meet the coaches, and determine the right class level — free of charge!
When registering, you’ll sign up for the next available trial day (for example, if you register on a Monday for the Friday class, your athlete may attend that Friday of the same week).

Class Descriptions
Tumble Tots (Ages 3–5)
This class builds coordination, balance, and body awareness through beginner tumbling drills. Skills include forward rolls, backward rolls, handstands, cartwheels, and bridges.
Tumbling One (Ages 6+)
Perfect for beginner athletes ages 6 and older! Skills include forward and backward rolls, handstands, cartwheels, and more.
To advance, athletes must perform a standing backbend and handstand bridge independently.
Tumbling Two (Ages 6+)
For athletes who can perform a standing backbend and handstand bridge. Skills include bridge kickovers, bridge stand-ups, handstand forward rolls, and round-offs.
To advance, athletes must master front and back walkovers.
Tumbling Three (Ages 6+)
Athletes must be able to perform front and back walkovers. Skills include back limbers, front handsprings, and introductory back handspring drills.
To advance, athletes must master standing and round-off back handsprings.
Tumbling Four (Ages 6+)
Athletes must be able to perform standing and round-off back handsprings. Skills include standing and round-off series back handsprings, aerials, and introductory tuck progressions.
To advance, athletes must complete round-off tucks and round-off back handspring tucks.
Tumbling Five (Ages 6+)
For advanced tumblers who have mastered round-off tucks and back handspring tucks. Skills include standing tucks, back handspring-to-tuck connections, layouts, whips, fulls, and beyond.
Dancer-Specific Tumbling Class
Our Dancer Tumbling Classes are designed for competitive dancers who want to enhance their solo and group routines with strong acro elements. Skills are customized to each athlete and may include walkovers, handsprings, aerials, tucks, chin stands, chest rolls, toe rises, and more!
