Frequently Asked Questions!

What is the best way to contact Supreme Cheer and Tumble?

Because Supreme is a small business, our owner is also one of our coaches and may not always be available to answer phone calls while teaching classes or lessons. The best way to reach us is by email at [email protected]  or by text at (480) 452-6821. We promise to get back to you as soon as possible!

Does Supreme Cheer and Tumble have a parent viewing area?

Yes! We have a designated parent-viewing area with visibility of the entire gym so you can watch your athlete in action. We do ask that parents remain in the viewing area at all times and avoid communicating with athletes during class to minimize distractions. If your child needs you—or if we feel your assistance is necessary—a coach or staff member will come and get you.

What is Supreme Cheer and Tumble’s cancellation policy?

If your athlete will not be returning, please notify us via email by the 15th of the current month. We will assume your athlete is continuing into the next month unless we receive notice before the end of the current month. Families are responsible for payment until official notice of withdrawal has been received.

What is Supreme Cheer and Tumble’s payment and refund policy?

Tuition is due on the 1st of each month via autopay.

  • $10 late fee will apply after the 5th of the month.

  • After the 10th, athletes will not be allowed to participate until payment is made in full.
Supreme does not offer refunds on tuition or registration fees for any reason.
We also do not pro-rate monthly tuition for absences, holidays, or gym closures—our pricing already accounts for these scheduled breaks.

If my athlete misses a class, can they do a make-up class?

Unfortunately, due to the high demand and limited capacity in our classes, Supreme is not able to offer make-up classes for missed sessions at this time. Each class is carefully structured to provide personalized instruction and maintain a safe coach-to-athlete ratio, which means adding make-up sessions could impact the quality of training for all participants.

We understand that absences happen, and we encourage athletes to attend regularly to maintain progress, skill development, and consistency. For those who miss a class, we offer alternative opportunities to stay engaged, such as attending Open Gym sessions when available, where athletes can practice skills in a supervised environment.

Please contact us at [email protected] if you have questions about class attendance or options for staying on track with your athlete’s tumbling development.

What is Supreme Cheer and Tumble’s behavior policy?

Supreme maintains a zero-tolerance policy for bullying, gossiping, or harassment of any kind. We reserve the right to refuse service or dismiss athletes and families who do not uphold our positive, respectful environment. Please remember—be kind and supportive!
